The Adult Development Program (ADP) was established to provide the continuation of the sport of Ringette for adults in the province of Ontario.  The Adult Development Standing Committee is responsible for the organization and development of programs and activities that are geared to meet the specific needs and requirements of adults.

Ontario Adult Invitational Cup

The Ontario Adult Invitational Cup (OAIC) is a seasonal tournament for adult teams at the 18+ Open and 30+ Masters BB, B, CC, C and Dev levels.  It is held towards the end of each season.  The host and location of the 2020 OAIC will be announced at a later date.  For more information, please see https://ringetteontario.com/ontario-adult-invitational-cup/  
 

Responsibility

G&T is responsible for ranking and seeding the 18+ Open A/AA teams for Provincials, as well as for penalty tracking, assisting in determining divisions at tournaments and approving substitutions. In Eastern Region A/AA teams are to contact the Regional G&T Coordinator for any and all questions/approvals.

Adult Development is responsible for ranking and seeding the 18+ Open and 35+ Masters BB, B, CC, C and Dev teams, as well as administration of those levels; including registration, substitutions, affiliates and composite teams.

Adult Development is responsible for University ringette. If the team is registered A/AA with ORA they would then fall under the jurisdiction of G&T.

In Eastern Region 18+ Open and 35+ Masters BB, B, CC, C and Dev teams are to contact the Regional Adult Development Coordinator for any and all questions/approvals.
 

Rules

Reminder that all TRF adjustments for tournaments required PRIOR approval by ADP. Please email your completed TRF adjustment form (ensure you use G&T-F-07  from the G&T section of Forms on ORA website) to adult_coord@easternregionringette.ca a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of the tournament. 

Bench Staff substitutions for tournaments also require advance approval and follow the same flow as for other age groups.  Please see "Bench Staff Substitutions" on the Information for Teams Attending Tournaments page under G&T.
