New Coaches

1. If You Are New to Coaching You Need a NCCP # 
   • ​​Start by going to coach.ca select “The Locker” and create an account for yourself. This will allow you to get an NCCP#, also known as you coaching number, and you will use this for the courses that you take.  
2. ​Coach Initiation in Sport (Replaces Introduction to Ringette Clinic)
   • Anyone who is new to ringette needs to take this online course. It was previously a mandatory in-class course. To access Coach Initiation in Sport follow this link http://www.coach.ca/coach-initiation-in-sport-s17259. This page will provide you with details on how to go to “The Locker” to sign up for the course.
   • The course takes an hour to complete and the cost is $15. This fee should be reimbursed to you by your home association.
   • You must complete this course before signing up for any clinics if you are new to ringette
